Abortion is illegal in Kenya as it is in many African countries. This ban on abortion though doesn't make abortionists all over the world any happy and they won't rest until the law is altered to allow legal murder of unborn babies.

The Kenyan Constitution 2010 Article 26 reads as follows:_

(1) Every person has the right to life.

10 ans !!!

The East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) is about to become a house of murderers! They have drafted a Bill seeking to legalise abortion and give contraceptives to children and teenagers aged 10–19.

IPAS and USAID are American based International organizations whose main agenda in Africa is to legalize Abortion and Homosexuality respectively. They do so by sponsoring bills in African parliaments, producing alarming statistics on the subject matters and availing abortifacients. Africa is pro-life and very pro-family, we won't accept neo-colonialism especially on these issues.
