Unplanned: A record-breaking pro-life movie

Bring unplanned Movie to Africa!
The successful release of Unplanned in the United States overcame all odds, especially considering the film’s controversial subject matter: abortion. The movie made over six million dollars at the box office in its first weekend alone. Unplanned is an extraordinarily shocking film. It firmly denounces the horror of abortion and the huge business that makes money off the practice.
The movie’s premiere was preceded by a campaign of harassment against producer Pure Flix, the temporary blocking of the movie’s official Twitter account, and the systematic avoidance of advertisements or discussions in the mainstream media. The media largely refused to promote a film that attacks abortion and its largest provider worldwide, Planned Parenthood.
The high quality feature film, worthy of the best Hollywood films, is about the life of Abby Johnson. Johnson worked at a branch of a multinational abortionist in Texas (U.S.). She became a pro-life activist in 2009 after watching an abortion with her own eyes. The experience was so traumatic that her opinions about abortion took a 180-degree turn. Since then, she has dedicated her life to fighting Planned Parenthood, the company she worked for, and to fighting for life in all its phases.
Since the film was released on March 29, it has been shown on 1,700 screens in the United States. We can say, without a doubt, that Unplanned has already had the greatest impact and the largest reach of any pro-life film ever made.
Unplanned is set for release in Canada, but the producers have encountered problems with the theater company Cineplex. Cineplex recognizes that public interest in the film is very high, but they consider it too "controversial" to be shown in Canadian cinemas.
We want to support the producers of Unplanned, so that local distributors will be encouraged to bring this important film to the big screen.
Sign this petition now! We want to show the producers and distributors of Unplanned that there is a demand for this film in Africa. We will meet with the producers to deliver the signatures. We want to encourage them and support them as they work to show this film in theaters around the world.
