Canada's Family Court System is broken. And our children are suffering the consequences!
- Good, loving, safe parents have lost custody to their abusive ex-partners/spouses.
- Children have disclosed abuse and the safe parents have been punished for protecting their children: Custody is removed and, sadly, in a lot of cases, contact between the safe parents and their children is banned.
- There is documented corruption in our Canadian Family Courts, including child sex trafficking perpetrated by officials including Judges, Lawyers, CFS, and RCMP.
- The Canadian Constitution, Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the Due Process of Law have been violated.
We want to see real, meaningful, and systemic reform in the Canadian Family Court System.
That is why we are launching this important petition to Canada's federal political leaders.
We want to call on them to provide leadership, policy initiative, legislation, and action to rectify the injustices, respect parents' rights, and safeguard our children.
