Abortion providers are spitting in Kenya’s face, and in the face of every pro-lifer.
And when Ann Kioko exposed their illegal actions, they slapped her with a lawsuit.
In 2018, Ann started a petition calling for an investigation into Marie Stopes, an international chain of abortion clinics, for advertising abortion-on-demand services under the cover of “prenatal care” in Kenya, which is forbidden by Kenyan law.
Due to Ann’s inquiry, the government sent police to investigate a Marie Stopes clinic, where they found underage girls lined up for abortifacient injections -- yet another blatantly illegal act.
But instead of stopping their illegal actions, Marie Stopes is flouting the law and seeks to shut Ann up and prevent her from even mentioning their name in any public forum.
That’s why I hope you’ll support Ann by signing this petition to the Ministry of Health, encouraging them to stand strong in their censure of Marie Stopes, and any other abortion provider flaunting the law and killing unborn children.

I encourage you to stand strong in the face of their pressure and advocate for both punishments for their trespasses and increased scrutiny into their dubious practices.
Even now, Marie Stopes is seeking to evade punishment and have Ann Kioko’s petition to the court thrown out. They are even seeking to legally bar her from ever mentioning their name again.
This disregard for Kenya’s laws cannot stand, and I urge you to act in defense of Ann, and the unborn.
