Cease and Desist the Attack Against BC Father, Fighting to Protect Daughter Against Medical Malpractise
This matter involves a BC father (View Here) and his 15-year-old daughter whom the government, BC judicial system, and medical professionals have ensnared in a vile and unprecedented web of trans activism unlike anything we have ever witnessed.
School officials, counsellors, doctors, lawyers, judges, and even the Attorney General are, we allege, promoting a particular ideology rather than objectively assessing the needs of the child and genuinely attempting to address her issues
Medical malpractice, consisting of abhorrent practices within the medical community, are resulting in the sterilization and mutilation of minors. This is an indictable offence.
By permitting the medical community to apply the BC Infants Act in violation of its own mandate, we believe the government has demonstrated vexatious intent to both harass and subdue Mr. Hoogland with vexatious litigation.
We are therefore demanding they terminate all legal action against Mr. Hoogland.

Without prejudice:
We request that you immediately cease and desist your attack against BC father Rob Hoogland, who has risked everything to protect his daughter against a corrupt medical and judicial system.
We also request that you commence an investigation into the abuse and sexual mutilation of children in BC at the hands of medical professionals and the BC government.
Medical malpractice is resulting in the sterilization and mutilation of minors. This is an indictable offence according to the Criminal Code 267(b), 268(1). It is also in violation of the Nuremberg Code , Canadian Charter of Rights, and multiple international treaties and agreements. Review here.
There is compelling evidence that the child was not provided independent medical advice, legal advice, or impartial court hearings.
We allege that the BC government and the Attorney General are not only aware of the abuse but are aiding and abetting it.
