A dangerous new website, chatwithcharley.org, is putting women, teen girls, and unborn babies at risk. Launched in mid-September, this site leads anonymous users through several steps, ultimately providing them with mail-order abortion pills without a prescription. The website even goes as far as offering contact information for services that will provide the pills in unpackaged, non-marked, clear plastic bags. This reckless process goes against federal and state laws.

Consider what will happen when a desperate and embarrassed 15-year-old girl finds ChatWithCharley. Without seeing a doctor to confirm pregnancy or how far into the pregnancy she may be, anyone at any age can anonymously purchase unmarked pills from an unknown provider and ingest them without the guidance of a healthcare provider. The results will be devastating.

Time is of the essence. The longer Chatbot Charley stays up, the more lives are endangered, and the more women and young girls are exposed to the risks of taking prescription medications that threaten their health and the lives of their unborn babies.

Chatbot Charley is a clear violation of both federal and state laws. It's illegal to sell prescription medication without a prescription. In many states, the use of Mifepristone is heavily restricted with 24 state abortion laws that forbid the use of abortion pills after seven weeks of pregnancy.

The masterminds behind this dangerous chatbot are none other than former Planned Parenthood executives, who are determined to break the law and boldly endanger lives. They do not care about the lives of the women and teens they claim to serve; the truth is now plainly seen: they are only interested in promoting the agenda of death.

By signing our petition, we can make our voices heard and demand that the authorities take action against this blatant disregard for the law. ChatWithCharley is not only illegal, but it's also dangerous for the women and girls it targets. It encourages them to take potentially life-threatening prescription medications without the guidance of a medical professional. And promotes the sale of possibly lethal medication to minors without the consent or knowledge of their parents and caregivers.

Our petition has the power to make a difference. Shutting down ChatWithCharley can save lives and protect women and young girls from the dangers of unsupervised abortions. We can stop the illegal sale of prescription drugs and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.

Shutting down ChatWithCharley would prevent the illegal sale of prescription drugs and send a strong message to those who engage in similar activities. By demanding action, we can ensure law enforcement and authorities prioritize the well-being and safety of women, teens, and unborn babies.

Together, we can make a change. We can stop this terrible website from causing further harm and uphold the law. But we need your help to do it.

Petition to: Chris Schrank Deputy Inspector General for Investigations

We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the activities of the Abortion Chatbot Charley (chatwithcharley.org). Launched in mid-September, this website provides anonymous medical advice on abortion, a serious medical procedure, without the necessary oversight of a certified healthcare provider.

Through a series of steps, Charley directs users to purchase mail-order abortion pills up to several months into pregnancy. The website even offers contact to services that will provide the pills in unpackaged, non-marked clear plastic bags. This reckless action contradicts federal law requiring a prescription and flouts regulations in 24 states that limit the use of these pills to seven weeks of pregnancy.

Furthermore, Charley instructs women and girls on how to evade state laws, endangering their health and, potentially, their lives. It provides unrestricted access to these potent drugs, regardless of gestational age or the age of the user, which is a grave breach of both federal and state laws.

The creators, Tom Subak and Cecile Richards, formerly of Planned Parenthood, are exploiting loopholes and pushing boundaries that put vulnerable women at risk. We urge you to investigate these alarming practices and enforce the necessary legal penalties to protect public health and uphold the integrity of our legal system.

We trust you will act swiftly to address this matter.
