Though there are some really helpful medical procedures and drugs that can help reduce the pain and stop the inflammation completely, it is still best to try out some natural ways first. Although there is no certain diet for people suffering from different types of arthritis, it is best to check out the list of foods that can reduce the risks of the disease.

1.    Fatty Fish

Most fish are known to contain healthy fatty acids called omega 3. Omega 3 is very effective in fighting off inflammation in the joints and other parts of the body.
