To Remove the Macclesfield Mill Lane/Silk Road RED light Camera & refund fines & Penalty points
It is important because there have been no measurement markings on the road to correctly calculate the AMBER LIGHT position and distance the vehicle was at, for important legal defence purposes. The Vehicle heights & Metal Mass can cause delays in the traffic light inductive loop field reacting to the vehicle. ALSO there are road signage around (Speed & Traffic light signs) that do NOT comply with the TSRGD or Traffic Signs Manual. Because of incorrect distance, obstructions of visibility and faded condition not maintained as required. ALSO the STOP LINE is TOO FAT. OVER the required width of 300mm it is over 13 inches! All this as well as a strategy of psychology laid out to encourage drivers to have a go at attempting the lights on approach. The Traffic regulation order was NOT enforceable at the Traffic lights and the evidence obtained from the device NOT submissible by the Cheshire Police force as prosecution evidence. Also by the section .85 of the road traffic regulation act drivers could NOT be convicted by court or conditional offer as the signage was unlawfull & still is at the site. Oh! not to forget that Dorset Police do not prosecute any driver under 1 second into RED apparently from their published data which appears high in google under red light offence searches! And If drivers in Dorset are being treated differently in LAW to the rest of the UK, under the SAME legislation and Decision making processes, it is against Human Rights and not fair treatment in Law! ALSO the Highway Code gives 23 Meters as a stated safe stopping distance, and longer for larger vehicles! yet the police do not seem to acknowledge this! also the council are allowed 0.25 seconds error each colour red, amber, green.. which adds to 0.75 seconds error . and my offence time was alledged at 0.7 seconds! which is no offence in Dorset! and i also found that the camera timing is in error when i re created the offence times and recorded playback of a sample drive. Thus it proves the timing on the camera set up is not accurate! still the police and CPS stubbornly try to get me, under direction of self confessed Ruthless Police Chief Simon Byrne
