Texas, this teacher was fired for refusing to cave to the transgender agenda
This fall, a daycare teacher was fired in Texas for not referring to a 6-year-old girl as a boy. Stand up to the transgender agenda and tell the school to reinstate the teacher immediately.
The former manager of the Children's Lighthouse Learning Center in Texas, Madeline Kirksey, explains that on a Friday a girl named “Sally” left school. She returned on Monday with a new haircut, announced she was a boy, and claimed that her new name was “Johnny.”
Kirksey says that the child's same sex parents decided their six-year-old daughter was transgender. The parents cut her hair, changed her name, and demanded that the school respect their decision.
Kirksey refused to refer to Sally as a boy and was subsequently fired. She is filing a religious discrimination complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
"Madeline has paid the price for standing her ground in defense of all her children at Children's Lighthouse," said Kirksey’s attorney Andy Taylor. "This has gotten out of control and now this dedicated experienced child care worker has been wrongfully terminated. That will not stand."
“First off, I took a stance because of my beliefs. I trust God. But secondly, I stood up for the good of all the children, not just the one,” said Kirksey.
Dr. Paul McHugh, former chief psychiatrist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, has argued that inculcating children with notions about gender change is harmful. The purpose and focus of a school should be on the children’s education, not on sexuality.
Kirksey believes that following the transgender agenda would create an unhealthy environment where the students are encouraged to change their gender and bathroom preferences willy-nilly. For example, the child previously known as “Sally” joined the boy’s football team after naming herself Johnny. After getting hit, however, she cried and said, “I’m really not a little boy.”
"At her age she was indecisive, some days she wanted to be a girl, some days she wanted to be a boy, it was according to what situation she got in that day," explained Kirksey.
Madeline Kirksey’s record as a teacher is otherwise unblemished, and she should be allowed to continue with her teaching career. Please stand with Madeline Kirksey and tell the Children's Lighthouse Learning Center to reinstate her immediately.
