Please help us rescue 3 American children who were brutally seized in Norway. As seen on CBN News this incident happened in May 2019. Eight months earlier the family had temporarily moved from Atlanta/Georgia to Norway because of a new job situation.

Three days before the removal, the oldest daughter was given a cell phone for her birthday. The daughter’s misbehavior over the weekend caused her mother to take away the phone until the behavior was corrected – a normal disciplinary measure. The following Monday a school teacher expressed a concern to the mother because her daughter didn’t bring a lunch to school. But the girl was hiding her packed lunch in her backpack and she was caugth lying because she wanted to get her cell phone back. The school then reported a concern to the child welfare office.

Late at night on the same day Norwegian CPS (known as "Barnevernet") together with the police brutally removed the children who were already peacefully asleep in their beds. There was no court proceeding, no investigation, no due process, or assistance given to the family prior to the taking of the children. The parents were immediately accused of child mistreatment. The police has soon cleared the parents from all charges. But Barnevernet won't release the children. Their main concern is the family is perceived to have not a good enough routine. No violence, no abuse, no drugs, just a subjective assessment that the family might not reach the standard expected of them.

The children were sent to three different foster families at secret addresses all across Norway with no contact among each other. At first the parents were allowed three visits with their children per year. But those visits were soon canceled. The children desperately want to come home. The oldest daugther even made a video asking for help, but there is no sign that Norway’s Barnevernet ever want to release them. It rather looks like they want to cut the bonds between them in order to get the children forcibly adopted by strangers.

Seizing US children, hiding their whereabouts and erasing their American identity is a heavy crime and a multiple violation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Without the intervention of the United States for these U. S. citizens, ages 7, 10, & 11, there is little hope that they will be returned to their parents as this is the pattern in Norway, which now has over 20 such cases pending before the European Court of Human Rights. But such cases involve YEARS of trauma for the children and the dismemberment of the family.

In the past, other countries have intervened on the behalf of their citizens who had children seized by Norway. These countries include Czech Republic, Romania, India, Poland, and others. But never the U. S. government. In an other case an American mother had her baby seized six years ago in Norway and has not seen him since 2014.

These three children are from Atlanta/Georgia. With your signature on this petition you'll ask Georgia's Senator David Purdue to intervene on their behalf.

Norway has seized these American kids. Help rescue Elizabeth, Nikita, and Brigita!

To the Honorable U. S. Senator David Purdue,

you are probably aware of the case of three American children from Atlanta/Georgia who were seized in Norway in May of 2019 by Norway's infamous Barnevernet for no justifiable reason. Eight months earlier the family had temporarily moved from the United States to Norway because of a new job situation, and they were not planning to stay there permanently.

The children were sent to three different foster families at secret addresses all across Norway with no contact among each other. At first the parents were allowed three visits with their children per year. But those visits were soon canceled.

The children are heavily traumatised and they desperately want to come home. But there is no sign that Norway’s Barnevernet ever want to release them.

It rather looks like they want to cut the bonds between them and their parents in order to get the children forcibly adopted by strangers.

I'm sure we can agree that seizing US children, hiding their whereabouts and erasing their American identity is a heavy crime and a multiple violation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Without the intervention of the United States for these U. S. citizens, ages 7, 10, & 11, there is little hope that they will be returned to their parents as this is the pattern in Norway.

I urge you to request the Department of State to intervene immediately and rescue these three American children and demand that they be returned to the United States.
