DPP HAJI: Prefer double murder charges against Richard Onyango and his accomplices
On New years eve, two people entered the Watergate Abortion Centre in Mathare and none of them left alive.
Richard Onyango conspired with an abortionist named Richard Orambo to have his child murdered through abortion but unfortunately, they lost both the mother and the child in the process.
Orambo is alleged to have consulted with another rogue doctor, Francis Messo, who runs the Busanzi Health Clinic in Dandora Phase 4, in an attempt to procure the abortion.
In an effort to cover their tracks, the trio is accused of dumping the woman’s body in the stormwater tunnel.
The Kenyan criminal sleuths arrested the culprits which is commendable but we are worried that they have only accused the abortionists of a single murder instead of two.
This petition is meant to seek justice for the baby who was also killed in this heinous act and seemingly no one is bothered about it.
Science and even the constitution of Kenya acknowledge that life begins at the moment of conception and there is no doubt that this baby had a right to life and needs justice.
We can not watch as the child is treated as non-existent, we will fight for justice till the end.
Sign this petition asking the director of public prosecutions in Kenya to charge the three murderers with double murder charges instead of one.

Justice for pre-born baby murdered in botched abortion
We have learned through the DCI-Kenya Twitter page of the heinous crime committed against the wife of Mr. Richard Onyango and their child. While we commend you for your quick action against the perpetrators, we are appalled that you only mention a single murder.
The constitution of Kenya in Article 26 affirms that life begins at conception. Together with the penal code, they declare abortion to be murder and a crime punishable by law.
We therefore demand that you prefer double murder charges against the abortionists with immediate effect as we seek justice also for the pre-born child whose life was taken away by the people who were supposed to protect them.
