Stop the Genocide in Black and Latino Communities—Invoke the Proxmire Act and Defund Planned Parenthood
The Restoration Project, with the support of the Personhood Alliance, invites you to join us in saying enough is enough! Sign this petition to demand that Congress investigate the implementation of Planned Parenthood’s Negro Project in Black and Latino communities today, and hold them accountable for genocide under the Proxmire Act—immediately blocking their federal funding—and finally put an end to taxpayers' forced participation in America's largest abortion network!
Planned Parenthood has been targeting the Black community since Margaret Sanger’s Negro Project in 1939. Today, we are seeing the results of their eugenic efforts rise to genocidal levels, as their blatant targeting of Black and Latino communities continues. The statistics are shocking: 1 in 3 Black children are killed by abortion; about 900 every day; 20 million since 1973. More Black children are aborted than born alive in New York City.
The 2008 Planned Parenthood tax filing stated its mission was to achieve a population of optimum size. To attain this goal, they changed their business model in 2010 to require all of their facilities to perform surgical and/or chemical abortions by 2013. According to census tract data, Planned Parenthood has placed 79% of their surgical facilities within two miles of a Black or Latino neighborhood. And they continue to receive more than $540 million in taxpayer dollars annually, despite being the nation's largest abortion provider.
Enough is enough!
Our politicians couldn’t muster the courage to defund Planned Parenthood for its body parts trafficking scheme. It’s time to force their hand. Let’s demand that Congress investigate and hold them accountable for genocide under the Proxmire Act, and finally defund one of the last bastions of systemic discrimination in America!

To the Honorable Members of the United States House of Representatives and Senate:
WHEREAS: The United States Supreme Court committed a grave injustice and a crime against humanity in the Dred Scott (slavery) decision by denying personhood to a class of human beings, Black and Latino slaves;
BE IT RESOLVED: We urgently plead with you and pray to the Lord Jesus Christ for the United States House of Representatives and Senate to correct a malignant injustice and investigate the illegal targeting of Black and Latino women beginning with the Negro Project and continuing to this day; refer the matter to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution under the Proxmire Act (18 U.S. Code § 1091) - Genocide; designate Planned Parenthood as an organization that commits genocide, and make them ineligible for any federal funding.
