The Life at Conception Act H.R. 816 has 115 co-sponsors and has been introduced term after term for a very long time.

Currently it is parked in the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice.

We ask Congressman Trent Franks to arrange a hearing on this most important bill, so that the American people can hear constitutional legal scholars defend the proposition that all human beings at every stage of development should be treated as persons under the law and protected by the 14th amendment.

This is an issue that is of extreme importance to millions of Americans who are pro-life.

Why is this bill introduced year after year, co-sponsored by over 100 congressmen, only to languish in a sub-committee?

Planned Parenthood continues to gether half a billion of tax payer dollars to kill babies and traffic in their body parts and  we are not able to muster the political will to even hold a hearing on a bill with 115 co-sponsors? 

We demand that action be taken to hold hearings on HR 816 and that the sub-committee vote on this important piece of legislation.
