2017/01/31 - President Trump has announced that he is nominating Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court. 

This is exciting, because soon we will have a Supreme Court Justice who will fight for our values, defend the unborn, and refuse to legislate from the bench. 

However, we must act now. Democrats in the Senate are claiming they will do everything in their power to stall or thwart Trump’s nomination of the pro-life Justice.

Our petition is calling on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to act swiftly and aggressively to confirm Judge Gorsuch to the US Supreme Court.

Please remember that you are standing with the unborn with your signature.

Judge Gorsuch is a strong social conservative and a solid constitutionalist. He has a clear record of defending the unborn, our religious liberties, and refusing to legislate from the bench.

Our next SCOTUS:

• Sided with Hobby Lobby Stores when the Christian-owned craft store refused to be forced by the Obama administration to provide certain contraceptives through its health plan;
• stood with Little Sisters of the Poor when dissenting from a 10th Circuit decision saying the nuns must be forced to formally cooperate with the provision of contraception;
• called assisted suicide and euthanasia 'wrong';
• wrote of Roe v. Wade that there is no constitutional basis for giving a mother more rights than her unborn child; and
• he sided with the state of Utah in their battle to defund Planned Parenthood.
